Physical form is not required. 2-3 hours itineraries and maximum 400 m level.

technical-difficulty-2It is necessary to have experience in easy winter ascents or have completed the Basic Mountaineering Course.

It requires physical form. 6-7 hours itineraries and maximum 1000 m level.
technical-difficulty-3It is necessary to have experience in easy itineraries in which you had to use techniques of progression with rope or have completed the Medium Mountaineering Course.

It requires good physical form. 8-10 hours itineraries and more than 1500 m level.
